All Transaction charges will be borne by the customer until mentioned therein.
- There is no refund/return/cancellation policy at IACA.
- The Amendments are at the sole discretion of the IACA. Upon receiving a request, IACA will be able to give due consideration to your request, but It will not just be a business call for the team at IACA but also, in most cases, it may not happen. If it happens, it will hinge upon an additional charge.
- All Invoices are Non-Refundable.
