Rigorous trigger happy event that entails participants to showcase their knowledge and skills across a range of knowledge, skill and attitude evaluations. Each assessor they meet poses a challenge and keeps our participants on their feet through the event. Each challenge is different from the last one forcing participants to come up with creative and out of box solutions to the problems presented to them. 

Participants put their best foot forward while creating their path of success and achieving excellence for themselves. All evaluations are power-packed and create a great experience for the participants. 

Clear winners emerge through the day and winners are honored and celebrated for their performance. These fests also prove to be motivational for teams as they meet the top management, prove themselves to their mentors and are able to establish their credibility with their Seniors, Peers and their teams look up to them as Mentors and Achievers. 

These events, when crafted regularly over a period of time, tend to create ownership and accountability in the system. These initiatives motivate people to go deliver par excellence, rise up to the occasion and take up challenges.
