• These cards act as a steadfast companion, a guiding Coach and a compassionate healer.

• We use a mix by creating Visualization through mystical imagery, Internalization via impactful processes and soulful poetry and Actualization using principles of positive psychology and EI driven queries.

• While this process is deeply personal and intuitive, the Coach facilitates by holding the space, gently guiding the group while allowing each individual’s reflections to unfold naturally.
